Quality Assurance Program

Our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) is based on our corporate quality policy. Bionetics' is committed to uncompromising quality for all products and services provided to our customers. At the task order level Bionetics establishes a program that integrates quality management and process improvement into all aspects of project management and performance, solicits customer feedback, and encourages employee participation. The QAP ensures conformance to procedures, and helps ensure outstanding service to the customer. The QAP includes methods for identifying deficiencies in quality of products produced or services performed before the level of performance becomes unsatisfactory. It also incorporates continuous quality improvement initiatives, consistent and systematic customer satisfaction sampling, deficiency identification processes, specific corrective action procedures, and trend analysis. We empower our teammates and our employees – not just our managers and supervisors – with the responsibility and authority to recommend and implement improvements for all facets of the work, including improved procedures and the use of new technology.
